MIA Instant Payments is a fast transfer service that allows you to top up your account in real time, directly from your banking application or an electronic wallet. After the payment is confirmed, the funds are credited almost instantly, without the need to manually enter any details.
Before making a top-up, please ensure that the MIA service is activated in your banking application:
Go to the “MIA Settings” section in your bank’s app.
Select the default account for making payments.
Activate the MIA service and save the changes.
After initiating the top-up request, a transfer notification will appear in your banking application. Open the confirmation screen, verify the indicated amount, and press the “Confirm” button to complete the operation.
Once confirmed, the transfer is processed automatically.
* Mandatory condition:
For the transaction to be completed successfully, the personal identification number (IDNP) specified in the user profile must match the IDNP of the bank account holder. Top-ups via MIA using banking applications of third parties are not permitted.
