If an important message has been mistakenly moved to the “Spam” or “Blocked messages” folder, it can be easily restored through your phone’s messaging app. Some devices automatically filter messages from unknown senders, which may result in legitimate messages being incorrectly marked as spam.
To check this, open the “Messages” app and tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
From the menu, navigate to the “Blocked messages and spam” section, where filtered messages are stored.
Locate the message you need, open it, and tap the “Not spam” option. Once completed, the message will return to your main inbox, and future messages from the same sender will no longer be filtered as spam.
