You’ve entered the wrong password multiple times. How to unlock your account?

To protect user accounts from unauthorized access, there is a limited number of login attempts allowed. If you enter the wrong password several times in a row, your account may be temporarily locked.

If you enter your password incorrectly three times, an error message will appear in the top right corner of the screen, notifying you that access has been restricted. To unlock it, click on the “here” button to start the password reset process.

You will need to enter your date of birth and the registered email address, then click “Submit.” A reset code will be sent to your email associated with the account. Enter the code in the new window and click “Verify.” Once verified, set a new password and click “Save.”
