To validate your account, follow these steps:

Log in to your account
Tap the Menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen. -
Go to the “Account Validation” section

Upload your identity document
You’ll see a table with two rows to upload both sides of the same document:
– one photo of the front,
– one photo of the back. -
Tap the “Upload” button next to each section to upload the images.

Take or select photos
You can either take a photo using your device or upload one from your files. -
Confirm the image
If the image is clear and contains all necessary details, tap “Yes, I’m sure”. -
Upload confirmation
You will receive a message: “The document has been successfully uploaded.”
The verification process may take 1–2 business days. -
Repeat the process for both front and back sides of the document.
