Why didn’t I receive the email verification link?

If you’ve completed the registration process but haven’t received the email verification link, please make sure that your email address was entered correctly in the Verification window. If necessary, you can use the "Edit" button to update your email address.

Once you've confirmed that the email address is correct, click "Send Verification Link".

The link may take a few minutes to arrive. If it doesn’t, click "Resend".

Please also check your Spam/Junk folders, as the verification email may have been delivered there.

In most cases, verification links are sent immediately. If you’ve followed the steps above and still haven’t received the email, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
